Dropping his arms to his sides, Aiden shook his head and wrapped his arms back around her, this time moving her arms so they were overlapping onto his. “Don’t start Rebekah. I promise you, I will leave this time. I will leave you here with your horse and meet you back at the barn if you start your games” he said sternly, not about to put up with her nonsense for the millionth time tonight
She didn’t react onto him moving her arms, this time she didn’t even watch the movement. Her eyes were focused onto the water and the starts. “Oh please, you would leave, I would just go home.”, Rebekah said, with a little shrug.
"Go for it, see what happens" Aiden said, not kidding anymore. He wasn’t in the game playing mood now that she had pushed it too far. The werewolf walked up behind Rebekah and put his hands on her arms. "No more games tonight" he said quietly
"We will see about that.", Rebekah said, after a moment. Sh looked onto Aiden’s hands upon her arms before she looked back onto the sea. The blonde crossed her arms in front of her chest again.
How old did you tell me she was?
I don’t know exectly, but I think three to four month.
"You are, and try me. See what happens if you start those games up again. When you aren’t trying to play with my head, we actually have a pretty decent time together" Aiden pointed out, getting a little standoffish. He didn’t want to leave, but the more games she played with her, the further she pushed him away and the further she pushed, the harder it was for him to himself from needing to be close to his new anchor. Aiden wanted to hide this as long as he could, she wasn’t ready for that.
"Oh shall I?", Rebekah asked, still pretty sure that he wouldn’t leave, even if she started playing again. After a moment of silence, Rebekah turned away from Aiden and toward the sea, looking at the starts reflecting in the water.
"You are also very bad at hiding the fact that you are pouting" Aiden said, shaking his head slightly. "If you want to start playing games again, I will leave, I’m not messing around with that nonsense again. You are not a child Rebekah, so don’t act like it" he scolded her, giving her a look of disapproval before taking his arms from around her and crossing them in front of his own chest
"I am not.", she said, now angrily. "You wouldn’t.", Rebekah told him, when he said that he is going to leave, if she starts playing games again. The whole night he didn’t leave no matter what kind of game he had been playing and she didn’t believe that he would leave now.
She’s so cute.
I know, right.
"You don’t need to, I’ll hold you and you can just stand there" Aiden said, almost trying to guilt her. "You are absolutely pouting, I can see the pouty lip right there. And I know you want to know now, but you have to find out on your own. You already know one, but you probably haven’t realized it" he said with a shrug, knowing she probably didn’t catch it
"I am not pouting and my lips aren’t pouty.", Rebekah said slowly, yet still pouting. Rebekah hated it to not know something she wanted to know. "Tell me, or I will start playing games again.", Rebekah knew that she was acting like a child, but right now he was annoying her.
"Now you’re just pouting" Aiden said almost gruffly, shaking his head with a slight smile. Wrapping his arms around her, so that her crossed arms were almost digging into his chest, Aiden looked down at her. "Don’t look at me like that, cause if you give me the time, you’ll find out what annoys me" he said
"I’m not going to let my arms down.", Rebekah said stubbornly, when he pulled her closer. "And I am not pouting.", she said pouting. "But I want to know it now."
"You know how to cut right to the heart. C’mon, I’m at least a little cute" he said with a big smile. "No, I don’t really want to tell you, cause I know that you’ll use it against me" Aiden said with a deeper, quieter voice, leaning into her slightly.
"Not even a bit.", Rebekah said cold hearted. When he told her that he is not going to tell he what she wanted to know, Rebekah crossed her arms in front of her chest and narrowed her eyes.
"No amount of nice is going to get you the answers you want" Aiden grinned, leaning down and kissing her lightly on her lips. "Just because you know how to give puppy dog eyes, doesn’t mean it’s going to work on me. I’m the puppy dog eyes pro" he said, looking down carefully at her.
"The only problem is that you don’t look cute.", Rebekah said, slightly arrogant. "So you really don’t want to tell me?", she asked once again, her voice was now seductive.
